Spaces by Wix Home of our app user information

Your members can download and use Spaces by Wix for free by searching for the app in the relevant app store or using the direct download links.

To download the Spaces by Wix app:


  1. Go to the Apple App Store (on iPhone) or Google Play (on Android).

  2. Type 'Spaces by Wix' in the Search field.

  3. Click Get or Install to download the app.

How Members Use the App

Spaces by Wix is an app for your members to engage with your business and online community. The app helps your members interact with their favorite sites, receive notifications, or make updates while they're on the move. Your members can book services, buy products, invite others to join, chat, read your blog, and more. To ensure your members have the best experience on your site, all aspects of your site should be up-to-date.


General Issues in the Spaces by Wix app

If you have trouble seeing push notifications in the Spaces by Wix app, try the troubleshooting steps below with your supported device.

  1. Ensure you have enabled push notifications for the Spaces by Wix app in the general notification settings of your phone. This differs from one device to another.

  2. Check your site notification settings in the Spaces by Wix app:

  3. Open the Spaces by Wix app.

  4. Tap the More Actions icon next to the relevant site.

  5. Tap Manage Notifications.

  6. Tap the toggles next to each option to enable or disable notifications.

Note: If you had both Spaces by Wix and the Wix Owner app downloaded and stopped receiving push notifications after uninstalling the Wix Owner app, re-download the Owner app and try again.


Check that your app is up to date

  1. Go to the Apple App Store (on iPhone) or Google Play (on Android).

  2. Search for 'Spaces by Wix app.'

  3. Click Update (if available). Note: If there's no option to update, it means you're running the most up-to-date version of the app.

  4. Check that you're using a supported device

iPhone: iOS 11 and up or Android: 6.0 and up

    3. Tap Help & Feedback under Support.

    4. Tap About the Spaces App.

    5. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and locate the version number in light gray (e.g. Version 2.58796.0.)
